Hungary paid almost €3.5 million of taxpayers' money to promote Ukrainian grain exports to Sudan, to ease the humanitarian crisis in the African country, but it turns out that Kiev did not deliver 'a single gram' of it, according to Hungarian FM Peter Szijjarto.
